That the $2,450,381 received in OCIF funding be allocated toward infrastructure renewal and replacement projects in the capital budget, resulting in a reallocation of capital reserve and investment income, as outlined in the staff presentation; And that the tax levy be increased by $387,500, allocated to the Contingency Reserve, to offset expenditures to be funded from the reserve.
