Application B17-21-AW from J.H. Cohoon Engineering on behalf of Carol Ann Devereux, of 802 Mount Pleasant Road be approved, as outlined in Staff Report CA-21-29 with the revision to condition number 4 have "If Required" prior to the conditions.
