Whereas the County of Brant received one bid for OPS-RFT-21-19 – Burford Customer Service Office Interior Renovations; That Tender OPS-RFT-21-19 – Burford Customer Service Office Interior Renovation be awarded to Nirvana Interior Inc. for the bid price of $128,891.25 plus HST; And that the County of Brant and Nirvana Interior Inc. enter into a Canadian Standard Construction CCDC2-2008 stipulated price contract that may be amended by the supplementary general conditions within 30 days of awarding of the contract.
