THE DECISION OF THE COMMITTEE IS: THAT the Application be approved. Having regard for the criteria under Section 45 (1) of the Planning Act, The decision is based upon the following reason(s): ⋅ The severance is compatible and consistent within the context of future development. ⋅ The application is consistent with the policies of the Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe and Provincial Policy Statement. ⋅ The application is in conformity with the general intent of the policies of the Official Plan. ⋅ The application is in conformity with the general intent of the policies of the Zoning By-law as it has recently received provisional approval from the Planning Advisory Committee Zoning By-law.
