That By-law 4-23 be amended to including the following wording: To prohibit Food Processing Plants as a permitted use; And that a Food Processing Plant be defined as building used for the processing and packaging of meat and poultry products, fish products, and tobacco products for human and animal consumption, abattoirs, and any premises used for the slaughtering of animals or the boiling of blood, tripe, or bones.
