Whereas the Heritage Committee extends its gratitude to the delegation for their early engagement about the heritage components of a redevelopment at 3 & 7 Yeo Street; Therefore, that the delegation from Scott Patterson of Patterson Planning Consultants Inc. be received as information; And that prior to a demolition permit application being accepted for the portions of the buildings recognized by the County of Brant Heritage Inventory as having potential cultural heritage significance, that an evaluation of said buildings be completed to determine potential next steps for Council.
