Application B16-21-AW be approved as outlined in the staff report as this application consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement, conforms to the policies of the Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe (2020), is in conformity with the general intent of the policies of the County of Brant Official Plan (2012); and maintains the intent of the County of Brant Zoning By-Law 61-16.
