Application B77-21-AW be approved for the reasons outlined in staff report CA-21-106 as being consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement and confirms with the Growth Plan and maintains the intent of the County of Brant Zoning-by Law with the inclusion of the parkland dedication fee to the conditions.

Application B62-21-AW be approved as outlined in the staff report because it is in conformity with the County of Brant with the inclusion of the parkland dedication condition to the decision.

Application B78-21-AW be approved as outlined in the staff report with the modified conditions as this is a renewal of a previously approved application.

Application B75-21-SL be approved as outlined in the staff report CA-21-08 with the outlined conditions because it meets the obligations of the County of Brant and meets the planning and zoning.

Application B44-B45-B46-B47-B48-21-DN be approved as outlined in the staff as it meets the county requirements with the modified conditions.
