That OPS-RFT-21-11 "Low Volume Roads" be awarded to Cornell Construction Limited for the bid price of $3,026,791.46, excluding HST; That additional funds totaling $712,000 be allocated to Account No. 733435 from the following: $300,000 from Account No. 470000-5650 for the Rural Asphalt Resurfacing; and $412,000 from Account No. 733440 for Major Urban Resurfacing; And that the Mayor and the Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents.
