That application ZBA40/20/AW received from Streef Produce Ltd on behalf of Helen Hack, owner of lands described as Part Lot 18, Concession 6, in the geographic Township of Burford, County of Brant, and located at 398 West Quarter Townline Road, to rezone 36.2 hectares (89.4 acres) from Agricultural (A) and Natural Heritage (NH) to Agricultural Site Specific Provision (A-164) and Natural Heritage (NH) to prohibit a dwelling and recognize an undersized agricultural parcel, be approved; And that the reasons for the approval of application ZBA40/20/AW are as follows: The application is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement (2020). The application conforms to the policies of the Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe (2020). The application is in conformity with the general intent of the policies of the County of Brant Official Plan (2012); and, The application maintains the intent of the County of Brant Zoning By-Law 61-16.
