Cohoon Engineering on behalf of 571245 Ontario Limited, applicant/owner of lands described as Part Lot 17, Concession 5, in the geographic Township of Burford, County of Brant, and located on Sixth Concession Road, to rezone the subject lands from Agricultural (A) to Residential Hamlet and Villages special exception (RH-25) for relief of 250 square metres to permit a lot area of 2750 square metres, whereas 3000 square metres is required, to facilitate future residential lot severances, be approved; And that the reasons for approval of application ZBA30/20/KD are as follows: The application is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement (2020).
